A small fanart project that I set myself where I wanted to redesign the main five magical girls from the manga Tokyo Mew Mew, one of the first mangas I ever read.
The goal of the project was to design the full set with a coherent look while giving each of the magical girls a unique look of her own.
Below are some of my sketches exploring both the final designs and some non magical girl designs.
